PEFECT TIMING! – With our soft and absorbent perineal cold pack staying cold for the doctor recommended 20 minute window for ice therapy to reduce swelling and provide pain relief in the post partum perineal area, or C section scar it’s the perfect solution to provide much needed relief and care in those days and weeks after childbirth. -
( We recommend mamas to purchase 2 packs of our instant ice packs for immediately after birth (one in the hospital bag and one for when you return home), then you can move on to our reusable therapy packs when you have easier access to a freezer or you want to move on to heat therapy.)
Easy to Use! - No need to freeze! Just fold the pad in half until you hear a soft 'pop' of the water capsule and give it a good shake to mix the granules with the newly released water then unwrap the pad. Remove the adhesive strip and attach to your undies.
These single use instant padsicles are the perfect solution for the much needed convenience to reduce swelling in the perineal area or C-Section scar in those first few days after childbirth. Take one pack to you with the hospital and have a pack ready at home.

We aim to get your orders to you as quick as we can. All orders placed before 1pm will be packed and dispatched the same day Monday to Friday only. All orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched Monday morning.
We offer worldwide shipping.
AUSTRALIA
$12 flat rate standard shipping on all orders under $150. This excludes bulky items - bikes, dollhouses, bath barista etc - postage as per price at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL (excluding NZ)
$50AUD flat rate for standard shipping, we do not offer express post for international orders. For bulky and heavy items that exceeds 5kg we will be in contact and you will be required to pay the difference for shipping costs.

$35AUD flat rate for standard shipping to NZ, we do not offer express post for international orders.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $150. This excludes bulky items.
We offer free local pickup at our store. Please select pickup at the checkout and you will be notified when your order is ready to be collected.

Items must be returned within 30 days in their original condition, unworn/unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
Returns will be issued as store credit only.
Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Gift Boxes are final sale and cannot be exchanged or modified unless faulty.
