Shipping

How much is shipping ?

$8 flat for all orders (excludes bulky items)

Free shipping over $120

Can I pick up my order in store?

Yes of course, please leave a note in the checkout and we will arrange that for you.

How long does it take for my items to be shipped?

Orders placed before 1pm are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm will be dispatched the following day. Monday to Friday.

How long does it take to receive my order

Express shipping generally takes 3-5 days sometimes quicker depending on shipping address and Australia Post. (However there may be some delays due to COVID-19)

Regular shipping generally takes 5-10 days (However there may be some delays due to COVID-19)

How do I track my order

You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched. If you have any trouble with this please contact customer service at hello@huskandwill.com.au

Do you offer Gift Cards?

Yes of course, you can purchase a gift card at any amount here

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be 100% in love with your order and if you aren’t, that’s okay we are here to help. You can contact us anytime via our email at  hello@huskandwill.com.au

Returned items must be in original condition, unworn/used with all tags and packaging attached.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on dummies, dummy chains teething toys or swimwear.

Items must be returned within 30 days for a full refund or store credit. All return postage costs will be at your expense.

Seasonal Items (Christmas and Easter ) are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless they are faulty.

We do not offer any returns or refunds on sale items, this includes any mid season sales or discount codes greater than 10% off. 

You may return your online purchase to our physical store for an exchange/refund or post it back to our online store. Postage is non-refundable. The costs to return items to our store is incurred by the customer.

Something is wrong with my order What do I do?

Please contact us within 7 days at hello@huskandwill.com.au if you feel your item has a fault - been damaged or not as it should be. Please include images so that we can help you as quickly as possible.

Do you offer Gift Wrapping 

Yes we offer free Gift Wrapping. Please leave a note at checkout with your message and we will arrange for your order to be gift wrapped.
