We aim to get your orders to you as quick as we can. All orders placed before 1pm will be packed and dispatched the same day Monday to Friday only. All orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched Monday morning.

We offer worldwide shipping.

AUSTRALIA

$12 flat rate standard shipping on all orders under $150. This excludes bulky items - bikes, dollhouses, bath barista etc - postage as per price at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL (excluding NZ) 

$50AUD flat rate for standard shipping, we do not offer express post for international orders. For bulky and heavy items that exceeds 5kg we will be in contact and you will be required to pay the difference for shipping costs. 

NZ 

$35AUD flat rate for standard shipping to NZ, we do not offer express post for international orders. 

We offer free shipping on all orders over $150. This excludes bulky items.

We offer free local pickup at our store. Please select pickup at the checkout and you will be notified when your order is ready to be collected.

Whilst we will do everything in our power to ensure your items arrive to you safe and sound, Husk and Will is not responsible for any lost or damaged items in transit.

Items must be returned within 30 days in their original condition, unworn/unused, with all tags and packaging intact.

Returns will be issued as store credit only.

Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on dummies, dummy chains, teething toys, or swimwear.

Gift Boxes are final sale and cannot be exchanged or modified unless faulty.

Seasonal items (e.g., Christmas and Easter) are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

Sale items (including any promotions or discount codes over 10%) are final sale and cannot be returned.
